- ½ tablespoon honey
- ¼ lime
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar

Combine cilantro, garlic, pineapple, lime, brown sugar, fish sauce, and Tajin in a mixing bowl. Mix well, cover, and refrigerate.

Place chicken breasts on a cutting board, cover with cling wrap, and pound with a rolling pin until evenly thick.

In a large bowl, combine fish sauce, lime, honey, vegetable oil, and red pepper flakes.
