- 4 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
Instructions

Whizz half the pistachios in a food processor until very finely chopped

Roughly chop the remaining pistachios

Stir the finely and roughly chopped pistachios together

Fold the pistachio mixture through the softened ice cream
