No-Bake Coconut Chocolate Balls

Dense, chewy confections combining toasted coconut flakes, ground hazelnuts, and chocolate chunks bound with sweetened condensed milk. Baked briefly at 180°C to set, then cooled on a rack. Makes approximately 30 balls with minimal mixing required.
Ingredients

Combine coconut flakes, ground hazelnuts, chocolate chunks, and salt in a bowl

Stir in sweetened condensed milk until evenly incorporated

With wet hands, shape mixture into approximately 30 balls

Place balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper

Bake in the centre of an oven preheated to 350°F for approximately 15 minutes

Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly

Transfer to a cooling rack and cool completely
