FAQ

Can I make this without a candy thermometer?

While possible, a candy thermometer ensures accuracy for proper fudge texture. Without one, test by dropping a small amount in cold water - it should form a soft ball at the correct temperature.

What if I can't find cola lollipop flavoring?

You can substitute with cola extract or even a small amount of cola syrup, though the flavor may be slightly different. Start with less and adjust to taste.

How long will this fudge keep?

Properly stored in an airtight container, this fudge will keep for up to 1 week at room temperature or up to 3 weeks refrigerated.
