Tips

Tip 1

Use a high-powered blender like Blendtec for smoothest consistency

Tip 2

Freeze layered popsicles undisturbed to prevent mixture separation

Tip 3

Ensure popsicle mold is level when freezing between layers

Good to Know

Storage

Keep frozen in airtight container for up to 3 weeks

Make Ahead

Assemble popsicles up to 1 day before final freeze; prepare blended mixture and refrigerate up to 8 hours prior

Serve With

Remove from mold 2-3 minutes before serving for easier unmolding; serve immediately while frozen

Common Mistakes

Watch

Don't skip the 20-minute first freeze to prevent cookie and jam from sinking to the bottom

Watch

Don't overfill molds halfway to leave room for final mixture and stick insertion

Watch

Don't use melted or thawed banana; frozen banana keeps popsicle texture creamy
