Snickers Soft Serve Ice Cream with Peanuts

Frozen banana soft serve blended with peanut butter, coconut milk, and dark chocolate, then topped with crushed salted peanuts and chocolate shards. A no-churn frozen dessert inspired by the candy bar, ready to serve immediately after blending.

- 1 ¾ oz dark chocolate, chopped or grated
- 2 banana, frozen and sliced

Instructions

Roughly chop the salted peanuts and set aside.

Roughly chop or grate the dark chocolate; optionally use a food processor to finely chop.

Add frozen banana slices, peanut butter, coconut milk, and about one-third of the chopped chocolate to a blender.

Blend until smooth and well combined.

Pour into a glass or mason jar.

Top with the reserved chopped peanuts and remaining chopped chocolate.

Tips
Use a food processor for faster and more uniform chocolate chopping.
