Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened, plain or vanilla
- 1 cup English cucumber, with skin
- 1 ½ cups strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 tablespoon raw honey

For Vitamix: select VARIABLE speed 1, turn on and slowly increase to speed 10 then to HIGH, blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency reached
