FAQ
Can I use regular potatoes instead of the packaged ones?
Yes, use 2 pounds baby or fingerling potatoes and add 1 packet onion soup mix or garlic powder for similar flavor.
How long will these keep in the refrigerator?
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in microwave or oven until warmed through.
Can I freeze these potatoes?
Freezing is not recommended as cooked potatoes become grainy and lose their texture when thawed and reheated.
