Ingredients
- ½ pineapple (Chiquita), peeled, cored, cut into pieces
- 2 bananas (Chiquita), peeled, sliced
- 2 sprigs mint leaves
- lemon juice, from half a lemon
- 1 cup oat milk

Peel pineapple and remove seeds and hard core. Cut the pulp into pieces.

Peel and slice bananas.

Add pineapple pieces, sliced bananas, mint leaves, lemon juice and oat milk to blender.

Blend until smooth.
Tips
Chill banana slices in freezer for 30 minutes before blending for a thicker, colder smoothie.
Use fresh lemon juice for best flavor rather than bottled.

Refrigerate in sealed container up to 24 hours. Separation is normal; stir before serving.
