Spicy Potato Salad with Wolfberries and Fresh Herbs

Peel potatoes and place in large pot of boiling water. Cook until soft but not mushy.

Heat olive oil in cast-iron skillet on medium. Stir in garlic, red pepper flakes, and wolfberries. Cook briefly then add turmeric.

Add potatoes and mix well to coat. Add fresh cilantro, parsley, and dill. Cook.
