Candied Yams With Marshmallows

Creamy roasted yams layered with brown sugar, butter, and toasted marshmallows. Yams are boiled until tender, transferred to a baking dish, topped with butter and brown sugar, then finished under heat until marshmallows melt into a gooey golden crust. A classic side dish with minimal hands-on time.
