Ground Turkey and Barley Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 onion, chopped, small
- carrots, chopped
- celery stalks, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- white button mushrooms, quartered
- 2 ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 cup pearl barley
- 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
- 1 bay leaf
