No-Bake Cherry Date Energy Bites

Naturally sweet date and dried cherry bites blended with pecans, almonds, and walnuts, finished with cinnamon and sea salt. No cooking required—simply pulse ingredients, roll by hand, chill, and serve. A wholesome snack combining chewy fruit, nutty crunch, and warm spice.
Ingredients
- 15 medjool dates
- 1 cup dried cherries
- ½ cup pecans
- ½ cup sprouted or raw almonds
- ½ cup walnuts
- cinnamon(optional)
- sea salt(optional)
- cocoa powder, for dusting(optional)
Instructions

Pulse dates and cherries in a food processor or heavy duty blender until broken into fine bits

Add pecans, almonds, and walnuts and pulse until well blended

Sprinkle cinnamon and sea salt and pulse a few times

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Roll the mixture by hand into small bite-sized pieces about 1/2 inch to 1 inch wide

Place bites on parchment paper and refrigerate

Remove from refrigerator right before serving
Tips
