Aeropress Cinnamon Spiced Winter Coffee

Aromatic coffee infused with cinnamon, nutmeg, and cardamom brewed directly in an Aeropress. Ground spices steep with the coffee grounds for deep flavor, then pressed into hot milk and topped with whipped cream and a cinnamon stick for a warming seasonal drink.
Ingredients
- 7 oz hot strong coffee, brewed
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon, ground
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg, ground
- ¼ tsp ground cardamom, groundground ginger1/4tsp

Instructions

Place ground coffee and spices into Aeropress brew chamber

Add boiling water to the marked number 4 line

Stir to fully incorporate water with coffee and spices

Insert plunger to top of chamber and let steep for at least one minute

Depress plunger and press coffee through filter into mug

Sweeten with honey simple syrup or sweetener of choice

Tips
Steep for at least one minute to extract full spice flavor
Grind cardamom pods fresh if possible for superior flavor
