Lemon Turmeric Ginger Wellness Drink

Instructions

Chop turmeric and ginger into small pieces and place in blender

Add 4 cups coconut water to blender and blend until smooth

Pour blended mixture into medium pot

Add remaining 2 cups coconut water to blender, secure lid, and blend again

Pour second mixture into pot and set heat to low
