FAQ

Can I make these without rum extract?

Yes, simply omit the rum extract for a completely alcohol-free version. The lime and mint flavors will still be vibrant and refreshing.

What if I don't have mint simple syrup?

You can substitute with honey or regular simple syrup, though you'll lose some mint intensity. Consider muddling extra fresh mint leaves.

How long do these keep in the freezer?

These ice pops will keep well frozen for up to 2 weeks, though they're best enjoyed within the first week for optimal flavor.
