Naturally sweetened pecans coated in a smooth date sauce and warm spices, then roasted until crispy. Cinnamon and cloves provide warmth, while the dates caramelize during baking. A crunchy, wholefood snack with no added sugar.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup pecan halves, raw

Instructions

    Combine dates and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

    Turn off heat and pour the water and dates into a high speed blender.

    Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Reserve 1 cup of date sauce.
