Turkey Curry Rice Puff Pastry Pasties

Savory hand pies filled with mild curry rice, seasoned turkey mince, apple sauce, and spicy tomato chutney, wrapped in puff pastry and baked until golden. Nine individual pasties perfect for parties or lunchboxes.
Ingredients

- 1 small onion, finely chopped

Preheat oven to 400°F, 350°F fan or.

Line a baking sheet with parchment.

Empty the curry rice pouch into a large mixing bowl.

Add onion, turkey mince, apple sauce, Marmite, chutney, and carrot. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.

Roll pastry on a clean surface with flour to prevent sticking until about ⅛" thick.

Cut pastry lengthwise into 3 equal pieces, then cut crosswise to make 9 squares. Transfer to parchment.

Place a spoonful of meat mixture in the center of each pastry square. Brush edges with beaten egg.

Fold squares diagonally to enclose filling and press edges with a fork to seal.

Brush with egg and bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
