20-Minute Spicy Grilled Watermelon

Seedless watermelon batons grilled until softened with char marks, seasoned with chili powder, lime, and sea salt. Served warm with fresh mint and a cooling honey-yogurt sauce for contrast. Quick summer side or light appetizer.

- flaky sea salt

Cut watermelon into batons and arrange on a tray. Sprinkle with chili powder or cayenne pepper.
